01 – OUR HISTORY
Our Beginnings
After a successful career as a Real Estate agent, Javier D. Alvarez founded Xcellence Realty in 2005 with a single goal: to design a real estate brokerage that would shatter the mold of how real estate agents were treated and compensated for their efforts.
Nearly a decade and a half later, Javier’s vision is now a reality for more than 500 full time real estate professionals.
