After a successful career as a Real Estate agent, I needed a new challenge and founded Xcellence Realty in 2005 with a single goal: to design a Real Estate brokerage that would shatter the mold of how real estate agents were treated and compensated for their efforts.
Nearly a decade and a half later, my vision is now a reality for more than 500 full time real estate professionals.
Seeing our agents succeed is my passion, I Love this business and could not imagine myself doing anythings else. In my time off, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and 3 children, I also enjoy cycling, and giving back to the community.
Danny Barnes

I was born and raised in Lakeland, FL., and went to school at Western Kentucky University. I worked in Management with J.C. Penney for four years after College. Then I had an opportunity to sell internet advertising for a company that produced email Stock Market updates/newsletters. That company was eventually sold to TheStreet.com in NYC. In 2002 after the transition, I decided to begin my career in Real Estate.
I have been with Xcellence Realty Inc. since January of 2017. Joining Xcellence was by far the best decision I have ever made in my Real Estate Career.
Yamily Fernandez
Licensed Broker Assistant
In 2008 I started my career in Real Estate with Xcellence Realty and I have to say it is the best decision I have ever made. 11 years later I am now a licensed Broker in Both Florida & South Carolina. I am happy to say that I now assist all Xcellence Realty agents in the capacity of Licensed Broker Assistant. As a Real Estate agent I have personally closed hundreds of transactions while working here at Xcellence, therefore I have seen a lot. It is my pleasure to help our agents in any way I can and guide them through difficult situations and transactions.
Now just a little more about me, well I have to admit I am a bit of a nerd and in my time off, I love to code and play around with java script & PHP. I also enjoy boating, Hiking, and giving back to the community. Hope to talk to you soon…
Luigi Alvarez
Director of Education
I was born in the Dominican Republic but spent my entire life in Tampa, FL. My family and I just recently moved to Spring Hill, FL to get away from the city crowd.
I started my real estate sales journey after 10 years in the tech industry. I learned the importance of customer service and problem solving and the value of business process automation, multimedia design, and marketing. I am a lifelong learner and also love to help others learn new and useful tools and techniques!
As Director of Education, I coordinate with some of the brightest minds in the Real Estate Industry to help bring that information to our agents. We use the latest in multimedia tech to deliver material on multiple platforms and on demand! I also deep dive into the industry to uncover the latest tools and tech that could positively impact the way our agents do business.
I beleive in the core values at Xcellence Realty, and enthusiastically support the idea that Xcellence Realty is the most agent centric brokerage available today. Between the support structure, the 100% plans, the tech, the AGENT$HARE passive income system, and the constant desire to move forward together, it was easy to see that it was the best option for me and for my business.

After many years of success in the world of entrepreneurship, I decided to work for Xcellence Realty to help my son with his new venture, Yes, for those who dont know I am the proud father of our Founder.
I have been working at Xcellence since 2008, and have grown to love this industry and all of the wonderful agents that have put their trust in us throughout the years!
At Xcellence I am called the MONEY man! LOL since I do the bookkeping and payout the big Commissions! I could not be prouder of the Company we have built and and all the lives that we helped throughout the years.
Raquel Hausman

My name is Raquel Hausman. I have been working at Xcellence Realty for over a year now and I am loving every minute of it.
The main difference between Xcellence and other firms is the speed in which everything gets done. When a new agent comes in, the on boarding process takes only a few minutes. When a Realtor brings in a check, they get paid within minutes. Our broker is a perfectionist and makes sure everything runs smoothly and is done correctly.
In the office, we are a family, we help each other and care for each other. This creates a great athmosphere for agents and the entire xcellence family!

Johnny Mo started in the dot com as a network engineer during the big boom. Always wanting to try real estate he entered the industry 2002. Seeing many voids and using his tech skills he quickly went up the ranks and became a top producer for the state and region.

Danny Wood is another xcellence Realty Corporate trainer, he is also a public speaker for major conferences and global brands.
His focus is on marketing and technology. From generating leads, to lead follow up and after sale systems for repeat and referral business.
