What is the Next Step?

Welcome to Xcellence!

Within 24 business hours, our onboarding team will complete the activation of your real estate license with the Florida DBPR and begin setting up your access to the Xcellence ecosystem.

You will shortly receive an email invitation to access and authenticate your account on Excellence.com. Once activated, you’ll have access to all of our company technology, tools, training, and resources in one centralized platform.

Your access will include:

• Front Office tools, where you can save properties, create and manage searches, manage listings, and access your day-to-day real estate tools
• Back Office tools, where you can manage contacts, opportunities, transactions, tasks, working documents, e-signatures, reports, sales volume tracking, compensation reports, and much more
• Marketing tools and resources, including Brand Studio, open house registration pages, lead magnets, social media resources, marketing materials, and additional business-building tools
• Events & Training access, where you can register for company trainings, webinars, meetings, and educational events
• Insights & Tools, including mortgage payment estimates, seller net sheets, investment analyzers, comparable market analysis tools, calculators, and many additional resources designed to help support your business

You will also have integrated access to mortgage and title tracking when working with Xcellence Mortgage and Xcellence Title, allowing you and your clients to follow the progress of transactions all within one platform.

One of the most important next steps is completing the New Agent Onboarding Course within Xcellence Academy. As soon as you receive your welcome email and gain access to the platform, we ask that you complete the onboarding course as soon as possible. Please note that all new agents are required to complete this course within two weeks of joining the company.

At this point, you can sit back and relax knowing that we will handle the license transfer process for you from start to finish.
